This is a great product. It really worked for me and helped my knee get back to normal. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

I have a meniscus tear in my knee and have to wear this virtually every day. Other than the fact that it tends to slide down (as does almost every knee brace around), I'm happy with it. It's a little bulky under my clothes, but that's a small price to pay so that my knee doesn't lock out on me. This was one of the few reasonably-priced 5X knee braces I could find, and I am pleased with my purchase. It provides warmth to my knee (though it can irritate my skin a bit). It took some getting used to, but I wouldn't be without the support now. My one big gripe is that the brace came with no instructions whatsoever. Frankly, were it not for the pictures on Amazon of how it was supposed to look, I wouldn't have known how to wear it.
Update: Within a few months, between wearing this and taking a particular medication, I was able to heal my knee. I'm very glad I bought this to keep my knee stable while it was healing. I will say though, that this does not have a particularly long life, at least it didn't for me. Within three months, one of of the two metal bars (which help keep the brace up) came out of the top lining. I had to remove it (I don't have the proper equipment to stitch it back up) or it would have cut into my skin. So please don't buy this thinking it will last years and years- I don't think it will. Also, I do have to say it made my skin very dry, red and scaly around the kneecap. This healed when I stopped wearing it and didn't leave a scar, but this is definitely not a great choice if you have sensitive skin.
