I have read all the positive and negative reviews, and those that say this is all in the head, but the band really works for me. I am not a serious athlete but I have neck and back issues and I like to work out heavily. I find I have less pain and get a better workout with it on. I began wearing it almost 24/7 about 6 months ago because it helps me feel mentally balanced as well. I find that on days I take it off I feel "off", low energy and just not well. Then I will realize I don't have the band on, put it on and soon will be feeling better. It may be all in my head, but if it is so what? It's still working!

I had a friend get me this for my birthday and I really wasn't sure about it. So we did the tests... with and without. There wasn't much of a difference but I decided to keep it on for a few days so as not to hurt her feelings. After a few days though it started to work. My balance was improved and I no longer stumble about when I wake up in the morning. I can even walk in platform heels. That's a wonder right there. The only thing I really don't like about is after a few weeks it did start to make my arm itch a bit. So now I wear it about every other day and it still works fine.

i'm happy to report this actually does work. my kids wear one for their focus and concentration not only in their sports but also in school. i wear one and wake up fresh and ready for the day. i didn't even realize i was drinking decaf coffee until i looked a little closer at the package.

This is the first time I have reviewed anything on Amazon and I'm not affiliated in any way with the company that makes these or any company that sells these. I am simply reporting my personal experience with this product. I purchased this bracelet last Saturday. (It is now Wednesday.) I injured a knee last September and I have noticed a significant decrease in pain and stiffness since I started wearing this bracelet. I have shown (demonstrated) this bracelet to a dozen people since purchasing it. I used the "Strength" test that can be seen on the video on the [...] website. The results (and the reactions) were consistent for EVERYONE...either "What just happened?" or "How did that do that?". This is without telling them WHAT the bracelet is SUPPOSED to do before the demo. I have to admit that when I first saw the product I thought the same thing most people would think. "Snake Oil!". I was wrong. This thing works for me and it has worked on every person I've shown it to. I understand that it is hard to believe the claims made regarding many of the so called "health improvement" or "performance enhancing" products these days. I'm not saying to go out and buy one just because it works for me. Just keep an open mind. If you ever see someone selling these things, just ask for a demonstration. I think you'll be surprised!
